"Sizing is way off"
Like I said, the sizing is just way off. I ordered what I normally wear, but it doesn’t fit right at all. Like I said, it’s disappointing because I expected it to fit much better.

"Returning it was such a hassle"
I tried reaching out to customer service about my return, but they just ignore me. The item was sent back already and I still didn’t get my refund. It’s been really frustrating.

"Good quality for the price, but instructions could be clearer"
I’ve picked up a few kids’ clothes and basic tees from Gap Outlet, and overall I’ve been happy with them. The cotton feels soft, and the colors have held up better than I expected after a few washes. One hoodie was a bit thinner than I thought it would be, but it’s still totally wearable. I do wish the care or sizing instructions were a little clearer, because I wasn’t always sure what to expect. Still, for the price, the quality has been solid.

"Shipping was okay, just a little slow"
I ordered a few things from Gap Outlet and everything did show up fine, haha, but the shipping took longer than I expected. The tracking was kind of weird too, it looked like the package didn’t move for days, then all of a sudden it was out for delivery. Nothing was missing and the package was in good shape, so that was a relief. I just wish the shipping was a bit faster or at least easier to follow.
